Delivery Terms
Delivery Time
We strive to deliver your order within 30-45 minutes from the time of order confirmation. However, delivery time may vary depending on your location, traffic conditions, and order volume.
Minimum Order
The minimum order value for delivery is ₹300. For orders below this amount, you can opt for pickup from our restaurant.
Delivery Radius
We currently deliver within a 10 km radius from our restaurant. If you're outside this area, please contact us to check if we can make an exception.
Food Quality
We take pride in delivering hot and fresh pizzas. Our special packaging ensures that your pizza arrives in the best condition possible. If you're not satisfied with the quality, please let us know within 30 minutes of delivery.
* Delivery charges are waived for orders above ₹1000. Free delivery is applicable only for Zone 1 and Zone 2.

Cash on Delivery
Pay with cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep. Please keep the exact amount ready if possible.

We deliver during our regular business hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 22:00, Saturday from 11:00 to 23:00, and Sunday from 12:00 to 22:00. The last delivery order is accepted 30 minutes before closing time.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation with a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use this link to track the status of your delivery in real-time. Alternatively, you can call our customer service at +91 98765-43210 for updates.
We strive to deliver all orders within the promised time frame. However, if your order is significantly delayed (more than 15 minutes beyond the estimated delivery time), please contact us. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a discount on your current order or a voucher for your next purchase.
You can modify or cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it by calling our customer service. Once your order enters the preparation phase, we cannot accept changes or cancellations as we would have already started preparing your food.
Yes, we deliver to offices, events, and parties within our delivery radius. For large orders (more than 10 pizzas), we recommend placing your order at least 3 hours in advance to ensure timely preparation and delivery. We also offer special discounts for bulk orders.
